Brief Description:

It seeks to improve the status and wellbeing of girls, from socio-economically disadvantaged families through Conditional Cash Transfers Rs. 750/- is for girls aged 13- 18 years, the one-time grant of Rs. 25,000/- is for girls aged 18- 19.

How to apply:

Collect the application form from the institution you are studying in, open a bank account in your name (if not already present), Fill up application form and submit necessary documents, Collect acknowledgement receipt.

Eligibility criteria:

1. Residents of West Bengal,
2. Enrolled and regularly attending an educational institution,
3. Unmarried, from families
4. Where the total income is not more than Rs. 1,20,000 per year. * Girls who are specially-abled or are living in a Home registered under the Juvenile Justice Act, 2000, or have lost both parents, may also apply even if their family’ s income is more than Rs. 1,20,000/year

Required documents:

Birth certificate, statement declaring that you are unmarried, income statement.
