The scheme aims to encourage students in higher education and to reduce drop outs by distributing bi-cycles to the students of class IX to XII in all Govt. run/ Govt. aided/ Govt. sponsored schools.

Students of class IX to XII in all Govt. run/ Govt. aided/ Govt. sponsored schools
