Following 5 (Five) Quotations are invited regarding “Loko Sanskriti O Jatra Utsab, 2024” organised from 13/12/2024 to 15/12/2024 by the Office of the District Information & Cultural Officer, Cooch Behar:-
1) Memo No.: 1378/ICA/COB, Dated: 25/11/2024 – for supply of VIP Tables, Chairs, Sofa, PVC Tables & Chairs, Carpet and Flower Decoration, Venue & Stage Decoration.
2) Memo No.: 1379/ICA/COB, Dated: 25/11/2024 – for construction of Temporary Dias, Auditorium and Road Over Gates.
3) Memo No.: 1380/ICA/COB, Dated: 24/11/2024 – for arrangements of Sound System.
4) Memo No.: 1381/ICA/COB, Dated: 25/11/2024 – for arrangements of Light and Generator Systems.
5) Memo No.: 1386/ICA/COB, Dated: 26/11/2024 – for supply of Tiffin Packets.
