Memo No.: 1099/ICA/COB, Dated: 12/11/25 – Office of the District Information & Cultural Officer hereby invites Sealed Quotations for miking publicity through decorated Toto/e-Ricksaw with adequate Audio Sound System for plying at Cooch Behar Municipality, Dinhata Municipality and Tufanganj Municipality areas for 4/5 days per month for the period from December 2025 to November 2026 for awareness campaign in accordance with Government Order.
